Luzerne County National Recreation Trail, Pennsylvania, is planned to extend from Wilkes-Barre to trails in the Scranton area. About 1.8 miles have been constructed along the City of Pittston's Susquehanna River frontage and along an active freight rail line. The Wyoming Valley Wellness Trails Partnership received funds to document this project from Active Living by Design (photographer: Mark James).
