American Trails presents the National Trails Symposium

Flying to Little Rock, airport shuttles and cabs, car rental, and transportation for persons with special needs.

AIR TRAVEL TO LITTLE ROCK REGIONAL AIRPORT (LIT)

American Airlines, the official airline for the 19th National Trails Symposium, offers a 5% group travel discount off the lowest applicable fare when traveling to the Little Rock Regional Airport (LIT) between the travel period of November 12 through November 21, 2008.

You can book your reservations two ways:

Online at www.aa.com. After you have selected your flight(s) under the “Enter Passenger Details” tab, go to the “Promotion Code” field and enter A69N8AK.
Call 1-800-433-1790 from anywhere in the US and Canada, seven days a week, from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight (Central Time), and refer to Promotion Code A69N8AK. There is a $15.00USD reservations service fee for tickets issued via phone. Reservations for the hearing and speech impaired are also available at 1-800-543-1586.

Discount fares are valid for travel on American Airlines, American Eagle®, AmericanConnection®, oneworld Alliance, and codeshare partners from anywhere to Little Rock Regional Airport (LIT).

CAR RENTAL

Enterprise Rent-A-Car has been chosen as the official car rental company for the 19th National Trails Symposium with locations at the Little Rock Regional Airport (LIT) and in downtown Little Rock. By using the customer number (51D8191) and pin code LRV, you can save 20% when renting anywhere in the state of Arkansas, and 10% when you rent anywhere outside of Arkansas.

There are two ways to book your car:

Go to www.enterprise.com. Choose your location and then choose your dates and times. Put your customer number in at the bottom of the reservation box (51D8191). The next page is going to prompt you for the first 3 letters of the organization’s name – type in LRV. Your discount will be pre-loaded.
Call 1-800-RENT-ACAR and give them the customer number and pin code listed above.
