Information: The Radisson Fort McDowell is located at the edge of the beautiful Sonoran Desert, just northeast of Scottsdale and less than 30 minutes from Phoenix (and Sky Harbor International Airport)! The resort won the Radisson brand’s “Hotel of the Year” award in 2008, and continues to earn the prestigious AAA Four Diamond Award each year. The hotel is attached to the convention center. Reservations: Each individual will be responsible for making their own guestroom reservation. They may do so by calling the hotel directly at (480) 789-5300, or online at www.radissonfortmcdowellresort.com. When making reservations, individuals must identify themselves as a member of American Trails International Trails Symposium (AT ITS) in order to receive the group rate. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card. Individual reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid late cancellation charge.

Rooms and Facilities: Free high speed Internet, fitness & business center access (24-hour), in room coffee, bottled water, shoe shine, daily newspaper, in-room safe, local telephone calls, heated outdoor pool and spa, full service salon, gift shop, etc. See more services and amenities...

The hotel is just minutes away from the Fort McDowell Convention Center. The Radisson Fort McDowell Resort will be providing complimentary shuttle service to and from the Convention Center to the Holiday Inn.

All reservations must be made by the cutoff date. Rates are for 1-2 people tax/night. The cancellations must be done before 24 hours of reservation. No shows will be charge for all nights reserved plus tax.
