AUSTIN CITY AND PARK TOURS
Saturday - October 23
Time: 12:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. • Cost: $25.00

Come visit some of the local parks and special places that we treasure and like to share with others. We'll start off with a hike up Mount Bonnell to catch a glimpse of the Austin skyline and the central Texas Hill Country. Then we'll head over to Austin's crown jewel, Zilker Park, and stroll through the Botanical Gardens. Taking a step back in time, we will explore the Hartman Prehistoric Garden.

The tour will continue in the adjacent Austin Nature and Science Center. This unique facility is within a reclaimed mining pit converted to a lake and waterfall. From there, we will travel a short distance to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the Umlauf Sculpture Garden. The tour will conclude at Central Park, where an upscale market coexists with a park and a loop trail around a small lake.

The tour will cover a variety of trail surfaces; some, but not all, are fully accessible.
