Levels of Sponsorship

With the amount of early interest in and popularity of Austin, we expect to fill the exhibit space. We want you to receive the maximum recognition, and appearance in printed materials is subject to meeting print deadlines. Every exhibitor is a sponsor. However, not every sponsor is an exhibitor. There are 13 levels of sponsorship from which to choose and the benefits are fully outlined below. All exhibitors with American Trails membership at an Affiliate, Supporter or Patron level will receive a decal to display at their booth. Read about the Austin Convention Center.

American Trails will design a custom benefits package for the Bald Eagle, Whooping Crane, Great Horned Owl and Great Blue Heron sponsor levels.

Bald Eagle ~ $15,000 to $25,000 or more
