	The Town Lake Trail National Recreation Trail

Take a run on the Town Lake Trail and learn how the trail has contributed to the growth of several trail-related businesses. One of those is Runtex, a store that specializes in athletic shoes. But the store does much more. It offers free Gatorade and water stops along the trail. It offers regular running classes and sponsors nationally known races in the area. Some of their running clients include the President of the United States and the Governor of Texas. Learn about the interesting symbiotic relationship between the public and private sectors.

A running instructor from Runtex will hold a running clinic on the Town Lake Trail. The clinic will be for those who want to get started in a new, healthy lifestyle, as well as, for the more experienced runner.
