Duty of the Director is to take the lead role in management of the daily operations of the facility,
including events, security and marketing of the AOAA.
This is a salaried position for a self-motivated individual with a valid driver's license.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
• High school diploma and college degree in applicable field or post secondary certification
preferred or an acceptable combination of education and work experience.
• Experience working independently or in groups, ability to lead and present in small and large groups.
• Ability to work long days, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Experience in maintenance of public facilities, management, marketing, sales or operations.
• Knowledge of motorized and non-motorized facility operations.
• Experience with grants, public funding streams, public process, and the media a plus.


Duties are assisting the Operations Director in the management of AOAA programs.
Position is part-time 20-30 hours per week, weekends and holidays required.
2-4 Years responsible administrative experience, preferably with budgeting,
personnel or program operations, and public administration.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Quick Books a plus.


Responsibility for a variety of maintenance duties including minor repair
and operational maintenance of all AOAA buildings, grounds and trail system.
Position is part-time 20-30 hours per week, weekends and holidays required.
High school diploma or equivalent required with maintenance experience,
especially with outdoor equipment and preventative maintenance programs.
Prior work in the outdoor motorized recreational environment a plus.
