PTBA Sustainable Trails Workshop Series and Legacy Trail

American Trails is continuing to provide a lasting impact to our Symposium locations by teaming up with PTBA to construct another “Legacy Trail.” This project will build upon the work of several workshops in the PTBA Sustainable Trails Workshop Series to provide a beautiful trail at one of Dayton’s popular urban parks (location TBD).

Exhibitors are invited to be a part of this exciting project. If you are interested in sponsoring the Legacy Trail, your equipment and tools can be a major part of this project – providing unparalleled opportunities for attendees to see and use your equipment in a real-world trail construction project.

PTBA Technical Track of Concurrent Sessions

In addition to offering Sustainable Trails Workshops and their world-famous Outdoor Trade Show and Demonstration Area, PTBA will offer a Technical Track of Concurrent Sessions within the 2017 International Trails Symposium program. PTBA will be seeking presentation proposals from leaders in the trail building industry. Their general list of topic areas will be incorporated in the Call for Presentations. Proposals will be submitted through the same process.

PTBA Outdoor Demonstration Area and Trade Show

The PTBA Outdoor Demonstration Area and Trade Show will run from Sunday, May 7 from 12pm-8pm and Monday, May 8 from 8am-4pm. This is the only trade show in the nation dedicated to trailbuilders and trailbuilding tools, technology, and techniques. The outdoor demonstration area will have dirt, terrain, rocks, logs, and brush for equipment demonstrations. It is the single best opportunity for attendees to try various machines and equipment in a variety of conditions and compare and contrast them with one another. What better way for your company to market your cutting edge trailbuilding tools, technologies, and techniques!

Highlights include:

To sign up as a vendor to display your equipment in the Outdoor Trade Show, be sure and mark this on the exhibitor form (page 11 of the Sponsorship and Exhibit Opportunities Packet). You must be an exhibitor in order to participate in the Outdoor Trade Show and there is a small additional fee.
