The airport for the Quad Cities, conveniently located less than fifteen minutes from the RiverCenter Convention Center in Davenport, Iowa, is the Moline/Quad City International Airport, which uses the airport symbol MLI.

Chicago O'Hare International Airport is 180 miles from Davenport, Iowa.
United Airlines has been chosen as the Official Airline for the 18th National Trails Symposium for flights into the Moline/Quad City International Airport (MLI) in Moline, IL.
Passengers will receive a 2% - 15% discount on flight reservations through United Airlines between the travel period of October 16, 2006 through October 25, 2006.
In order to get the special percentage discount for your flight, you must do the following:
You will not get the discount if you book your flight online or call the normal phone number for the airline, so make sure to call the phone number above. The Meeting Plus Reservation Center hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (ET). Mileage Plus members will receive full credit for all miles flown when attending this meeting.

It is the position of the Metropolitan Airport Authority to accommodate those individuals with special needs. They have skycap services available for help with baggage from the parking lot or curb. In addition, their Customer Care team is ready to transport passengers needing wheelchair assistance from the airline ticket counters to their gates or from their gates to the baggage claim area. Please let the airline know upon check-in if you would like to take advantage of this service. The curb attendant may also page for a skycap and wheelchair service at the curbside, if needed. For their hearing impaired guests, TTY machines are available at all public payphone terminals. For more information please call the MAA office during regular business hours at (309) 764-9621.
Jerry & Sparky's has agreed to be the point of contact for NTS attendees to ship their bikes to them and they will receive and assemble bikes. Contact is Jerry Neff Jr. They do this for RAGBRAI as well and have been in business over 20 years.
