June 7th, 2008 - Three Rivers Park District in Plymouth, MN is hosting an event to highlight the many uses of our trail with demonstrations and a geocaching/GPS program

    Midtown Greenway Coalition promotes the bicycle highway and walking path to connect the Chain of Lakes with the Mississippi River in Minneapolis: www.midtowngreenway.org/

    The Lake Wobegon Trail is currently 50 miles long, stretching from St. Joseph, MN to Sauk Centre, MN.  Once the "forgotten four" miles are layed, the trail will connect to the 55-mile long Central Lakes Trail, which stretches from Osakis to Fergus Falls, MN: www.lakewobegontrails.com.

    Big Rivers Trail runs four miles between high limestone bluffs and scenic river valleys from Mendota to Lilydale: www.co.dakota.mn.us/parks/rivers.htm

    Cannon Valley Trail runs through diverse and spectacular scenery on a former Chicago Great Western Railroad line, connecting Cannon Falls, Welch, and Red Wing: www.cannonvalleytrail.com

    Gateway Trail Association promotes the 18-mile trail that starts in Saint Paul, just north of the state capitol: http://www.gatewaytrailmn.org

    Luce Line Trail www.luceline.com/

    Willard Munger State Trail is a system of trails between Hinckley and Duluth offering hiking, bicycling, in-line skating and snowmobiling: www.munger-trail.com

    Paul Bunyan Trail is a 100-mile rail trail from Brainerd to Bemidji: http://paulbunyantrail.com/
