The North Dakota Natural Resources Trust (Trust) was created under the Garrison Diversion Reformulation Act of 1986 as the North Dakota Wetlands Trust. The mission of the Trust was to preserve, restore, manage and enhance wetlands and associated wildlife habitat in the state of North Dakota.
